Lotus an Eco Beach Resort Dapoli Murud

One of the best vacations i had in Dapoli. We had many more choices of stay but we opted for this as it is a beach resort. One of the very few clean and well maintained beach resorts that i have seen. Managed by Orchid group, the resort offers you wide number of options such as Play area for kids , archery ,shoots, pool , place to relax and the best part - 2 min walk to the beach. The beach is serene and clean with a beautiful view . The best Part of the Resort - The see breeze rooms have a balcony facing towards sea. The walls are made of red bricks which keeps the room cool under heat. Rooms are spacious and we never felt hot despite the weather conditions. The Main Beach is 10 min by walk. You can get boat rides for dolphin watch and other water sports activities. The food is delicious. We tried all options and were never disappointed. Sea Food is amazing. Breakfast could have more options but was not bad . The south indian options were too good and was surprised to see the quality of south indian dishes. Overall a must try if you plan to visit Dapoli. My Family enjoyed it to the fullest. Areas for improvement - The rooms do not have cupboards , the bathrooms are very basic and does not accompany bath tubs. No Towels for hand wash. No Mini refrigerators in the room. Breakfast can have many more options or live counters. The resort does not have bar and spa.

This property has a fantastic location. It is literally on Dapoli beach but 5 min away from the busy commercial part of the beach so it like having a clean, private beach to itself but you can walk down to the busy part to do lot of fun activities lie dolphin watch. Great sighting!!The resort pool is perfect for families & kids as it is 3 feet deep with a baby pool section that is 1 foot deep. Pool is very well maintained with clean low chlorine water. They have a nice play area too for kids.The restaurant has amazing food. Esp seafood and finger food!! The solkadhi & chicken koliwada is really really amazing! Resort has lot of greenery and is pet friendly too.Our room No 103(Sea Breeze) had a beautiful view of the sea. Though the rooms are really well maintained, slight wearing of wooden doors/some tiles might give an impression of not being clean but room, bed, towels was all clean.The staff especially is very friendly!The resort has few good fun/adventure activities for adults too like zip line, archery, rifle shooting, rock wall climbing, rope bridge on trees. I went with family and friends and we are very eager to go back again!!

Best hospitality, One of the best hotel in murud, rooms are very clean and maintain,properly clean restrooms, awesome view from balcony, professional,polite and friendly staff, in resort wadi restaurant available, very good quality food served, breakfast quality is awesome, seafood also good,veg and non-veg available on resonable rate. must try ‘ukdiche modak’, resort is located near by beach so you can enjoy sunset and enjoy on beach, main major issue there is no network in resort but you can come near beach there is network, I recommend to hotel management please improve WiFi service.

everything was good. as we are vegan so....food part is not that good. add on one thing...there restro need to improve if I paid 7000 for one night so atleast breakfast must be decent.....you can see how they put on tables...with limited options. in fruits only papaya that to raw....no desserts. it's really disappointing. remaining rooms are very good specially we stayed in sea breeze rooms as you open balcony...you can feel sea breeze...Best part. neat and clean hotel...washrooms are not upto mark.
