The good part here was the room was decent and clean and had a nice view of the cliff and a partial view of the sea from the balcony. The Kudle Beach was walkable though the route was through some fields and then a shack. The main challenge was the parking of our two wheeler. The approach road is really tricky and rough and we had to park in what seemed like another guest house's parking which was chargeable. We did face some issues with our air conditioning at night. however the staffs did their best to help us and fixed the AC. Also we faced some other issues with appliances but we did not bring them up with the staffs as they were trivial. One ceiling light was blinking even when switched off and the bathtub was not holding water as the drain was leaking. The location and view of this hotel is really nice. the rooms is also decent. only if the parking issue is resolved and the appliances like ceiling lights, air conditioner, bath tub can be repaired then it would have been a perfect experience for us.The view from room was lovely and the close proximity to Kudle Beach was a plus point. However we did face some problems with some of the room appliances like air conditioner, bath tub, one ceiling light and fan speed. Also the approach route was a bit challenging for us as we were driving a rented two wheeler.

The resort is a new construction is very well maintained and neat. The only issue is there is no direct road to the resort and you need to drive down a steep downhill and unpaved road to get to the parking spot. Also, if you search the hotel on google maps it will take you to wrong place. Instead search for Shivaprasad Guest house parking. They offer you parking for 100 per night and then call the hotel desk to guide you to the hotel which is 10-15 mins walk. The resort is near the beach(but not on the beach and behind the shacks) so you cannot get the beach view. But it is ob secluded place so it is calm and peaceful to enjoy. And one more thing, be very careful specially in the night as we encountered a snake while on the way to beach.

rooms were big and spacious. bathroom was near & clean and big like a room. our stay at Lotus beach resort was super great as it was just near to the kudle beach just 2-3 min walk. now the negative points are also here. 1. the room was smelly due to moisture. 2. there is not a proper way/route to reach to resort. I have attached few pictures of the route. but the caretaker help you to take your luggage to the room. you have to pay hundred rupees to them. 3. No free parking. it is chargable @150 rs/night. 4. No restaurant in resort but you can have everything at beach. there are so many restaurants with good food options. we enjoyed our stay here. we will surely come back to stay again.

Its nothing like as mentioned I recently stayed there its completely opposite. u can easily go there and enjoy ur stay as the place is very close to the beach. and rooms were very clean and comfortable. !! The main part :- the route to the hotel is a bit through farms from the main road but managable they guide u properly how to reach there. just like many resorts in gokarna and the beach as well direct access to road is not there. so u dont need to panic about that. just enjoy ur stay !!! I loved my stay and would love to go there again 😇

5 min walk from Kudale Beach,Only disadvantage is you have to park your car bit on distance (where you need to pay 100 rs.for day)and have adventures walk to the resort.But here it's case with every resorts situated on Kudale beach, as there wasn't any proper road to connect to any resort. Resort people are very friendly and ready to serve you...Neat and clean rooms..clean bathroom...over all nice experience

we explore this places first time only, there is ko proper access to hotel also. it was adventurous road walking in water on bags foot path, room was clean ,but no hot water , no reasturant no food is also serve , also we have to park the car far from hotel and walk towards hotel. only this is hotel is next to beach just few minutes walking distance that the plus point. not worth 😕 as compared to prize.

The rooms are decent. The hotel owner was nice enough to offer us a different room coz we felt the AC in our room wasn't working fine. It's on the beach. You have to park your vehicle at the entrance to the beach and walk 10 mins in the sand to reach here. Felt a bit expensive given the quality/facilities, but apparently all the hotels on the beach are over priced.

This resort is hardly 5 min walk from Kudle beach. There are many shacks on this beach and you will have variety for food. Prawns at must have. People at this property were helpful, they allowed us to check in early. After check out the we used the reception to keep our luggage for sometime. The only issue I faced there was no toilet roll in the bathroom.

A good hotel with nice and clean rooms, washrooms. Nice staff with ready to serve attitude. But no proper approach road to reach the hotel. One has to walk down for about 300 meters through rough path with stones. No street lights on the way. No restaurant though outside arrangement is made for food.

No early check- in was allowed and neither there was any comfortable sitting space for girls Travellers specially. even after requesting a lot they didn't provided us rooms even beyond our check- in time around 12.30 we got our room that was the toughest part of the trip.

rooms were good as was shown in the pictures. hotel manager is very helpful and polite. resort is close to the kudle beach. walking distance. only thing was there were many times powercuts. and it seemed that there was no inverter backup.

OK quality, rooms r big, ACs work, entry through main road is a nightmare since there r no sign boards, insufficient parking. Location is good (5 mins walk to the beach), cooperative staff, restaurant service is v slow. Overall 3 star max.

Room size is good but maintenance was quite poor. They claim to have started renting rooms after 6 months but spiders and webs existed in bathrooms. In current times, hygiene is super important and that neess to be highest priority.

Well maintained property, with big rooms, clean pool and good location. It is located at a walking distance from the beach and the market. We stayed for 3 days and loved our stay. Food was okay, but there is scope of improvement.

No telephone was there in room. Resort is down the hill, So had to go down around 100-150 stairs, the location was not that good, not on the beach, had to walk around 200-300 meters to go to the beach. Overall not price worthy.

Everything except approach to Lotus Beach Resort and Kudle beach is very good. Room was spacious and clean. Staff persons were helpful. Special mention for Mr Suchin who arranged for my medicine at odd hour when I fell sick.

Awesome place to stay. Had to vhange rooms 2 times due to technical faults. once electricity supply is cut off then generator would take time. Food at lotus cafe is really good.
