My family too much suffered during the stay. we have booked and paid Ac room. First they denied to check in at night 10 pm because they have already sold out all room. After large arguments they provide us room. Rooms Ac were not working. Power back up 0. if you book ac room and if Power cut from Electricity Board. so they haven't power backup. means u have to pay AC room and stay in Non Ac.1.Not professional2. Geyser hai par chalta nhi3.Fan hai par ghumta nhi4. AC hai par cooling nhi5. Hotel pe koi suvidha nhi 6.Or main door pe lock proper nhi7. Property size and contraction A1 but not maintained8. Rice serve in quarter plate and roti serve in full plate9.Dinner serve in total 3hr ( daal chawal only)10. wo actual room ki nahi11. Kisi ka room kisi ko dedete hai12. Room 20 hai booking 25 ki krete hai. baad m customer compromise kre...bcz there is no option...13. No Extra mattressi will Never recommended to any 1.and suggest to especially all families. really a very bad experience since the rooms were not clean and even bed and pillow covers were dirty. keys of the doors of the rooms surprisingly were missing. no latch in one of the toilets. no toiletries were available in the room and had to be asked in the morning. rating 2 has been given only on account of the staff being cooperative.

Very Poor Service its not a hotel it's Appartment which was not sold and they converted into Hotel. very far from Vrandavan Temple . food / Tea/ coffee are totally waste of money. No one Responsible person who can solve your Issue . Ac not working from morning 7 to Evng 7 . as they Told power cut no Backup

Dirty bedsheets, room was really messy and smelly... pathetic .. I was charged but it wasn't worth it... No maintenance, floor was dirty... bedsheet as dirty... highly disappointed... I did not even check in after looking at the condition of the room... but the booking is no cancellation

This is worst experience of my life staying here, room is dirty, bedsheet, pillow, bathroom everything is in worst condition, staff is not supportive, they are not ready to listen

I think it is a peaceful place to stay. Very nice staff. 2.5 km behind from the prem mandir.If you are using your own vehicle then this is good for u.
