It was a horrible experience staying in this hotel, bedsheet wasn't clean, dustbin wasn't cleaned before we checked in, bathroom wasn't cleaned, WC was also not clean. We gave them UGs to dry on terrace but they never returned it. Ants were all over there in room due to which our Puja Prasad was spoiled. When we checked in and asked Hotel's manager Mr Awasthi to tell us the setting of tap in bathroom, he set the tap on hot water's side and asked us not to change it. We had to take bath from hot water due to which my wife got fever and son got vomitings. Now the doctor is suspecting typhoid. We had to return by taxi via stopover at Jhansi. No other transport was available and we had to spent approx. 5000 Rs extra and had to cancel our trip.

Hotel location is good and easily traceable by Google maps to reach destination. Water and towel received after demand. Soap hand washer not available. TV not on. Horrible experience...never book a hotel here..u will end up some where else...when I reached the hotel they were saying that the hotel is full..and they took us to some other hotel which was not even ratable..

The room was not ready on arrival.The washroom was pathetic. It was not at all clean, water leaking from all the taps.Blankets were used and given as is.I won't recommend anyone to stay there

Overall a nice experience with lotus india family. Budget hotel with normal facilities but still very good for bagpackers and short stay purpose. Although the food is very costly.
