my experience was disappointing. while the staff was courteous and helpful, the overall facilities were not up to standard. basic bathroom essentials such as slippers, a mug, a bucket, towels, and shampoo were missing, which made the stay uncomfortable. additionally, there was no plug point for a hair dryer, which was quite inconvenient. another major issue was the food pricing—it was extremely high compared to the quality and quantity provided. i expected better value for money. the only positive aspect was the staff's good behavior, but that alone doesn’t justify the shortcomings in amenities and services. i hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes necessary improvements.
