It’s more of a mixed feeling for this hotel. The waiters are kind but the manager is very questionable in his way of providing service. We came and got first room which is smelly and small with much stains on the wall and distinction in the telephone. After our request to change, then the manager gives us a bigger and cleaner place. The location is beautiful with great scenery and view. The amenities are nice but not well maintained. The sauna room is a storage room when we arrive and not been able to use. Food quality is also somehow unstable, sometime the chef does nice and good food, but sometimes the kitchen provides rather dry and too stale snacks. Another issue is about booking,The manager was trying to charge us extra until we provide proof ... You better double check the email. In conclusion, I feel the staff there are kind and friendly, but the managing level may need some more professional training to provide better service.

The room and the washroom cleanliness was good. The staff behavior was also good. I am happy with the services and with the facilities. I had food in this property and the quality was okay. If anybody staying in this property have to take food because nearby no shops is available as the location of the property is 7 kms away from the main town. It is in a jungle area. The property is little isolated. Overall all was according to my expectations and it was comfortable and a value for money stay.

All the things we're very good and up to the mark. Location wise it was ok but the route to reach it was not proper. Free wifi was available there. Food was tasty. Swimming pool and garden area were very good.

Fecilities are good. But they must check they must check the room properly before guest check in. We have to change the room because AC is not working. Otherwise everything was all right & location is good.
