Hotel was clean, quite surrounded by trees which was good. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good, not spicy, not too jazzy but good enough options. we asked for milk for our little one and it wasnt there. However, they did try and arranged for milk at night which wasn't great. It looked like hotel was recently renovated, so, everything was clean and hygienic. However, it did look like the hotel was still getting ready to welcome more guests. Breakfast buffet was good, however, didnt look like restaurant was ready for lunch, dinner etc. Bar wasnt operational. May be a hangover from recent rennovation? Wouldnt mind staying again though.

there was only one problem but not due to the hotel, which other guests would also have experienced. there were 4 families who created nuisance and were staying on the second floor, they checked in together on 5 th jan & checked out on 6 th jan. hotel staff was very courteous & professional. ms ganga at the front desk, mr abhishek who was the restaurant manager, mr arvind & rahul who served the food & even the chef made sure we had the best experience in terms of our stay & dining. overall the property is very good with a great location & view. would recommend the property to others & definitely visit again in the future.

A very weird experience for such a hotel with big brand name. You will be served simple potable water in rooms as they don't serve packaged drinking water. You have to make quarrelled request to get it. Additional bed for third person is very uneasy and you will definitely get body ache in morning. Every amenities shown in ads are chargeable . Toilet are very small and toiletries are not topped up as routine and request required. In all , not value for money....not recommended at all until you r trapped have not any option. Above for well being of other traveller's benefit only.

Amazing & Unbelievable stay! Really like it! the way they have conducted to give us a valuable support & cooperation under the leadership of GM Mr Siddharth Sharma. Once again thanx a lot! to all the team members like Mr Abhinay, Mr Vishal, Anand, Neeraj & Dhan Singh for their valuable support & cooperation. Really never seen this types of services n support in the career of my 30 years of job! Food quality, preparation n services are also liked by us. Behavioural part of all the team members are also remarkable. Thanx a lot to all once again.

Pros : 1. Staff is nice.2. Covid protocols followed.3. Nice Property.4. Everything is cordial.Cons : 1. Deluxe/ Standard Rooms are small and do not have balcony or any view. They face a wall.2. Buffet Breakfast or Dinner do not have much variety as compared to any 4 star property. So only 3 stars.3. Also you might hear noises from corridor from other occupants. Rooms are not sound proof. Not much of an issue.4. The washrooms attached are very small both with standard/deluxe rooms and valley view rooms with balcony.

overall poor experience due to the below mentioned reasons:-1.Staff behaviour is like धर्मशाला staff2.we reached the hotel at 6:30 in the evening however there was nobody at reception.3.we have paid for extra bedding ,however there was no extra bedding available at hotel.after shouting they have arranged the bedding.4.Poorly maintained room(refer to pics)5.No hot water was available in bathroomIn all not even worthy for 2Star rating.

awesome stay. nice location away from noisy and crowded areas with beautiful views, making it a relaxing getaway. the ambience was pleasant, and the staff were very polite and welcoming. however, i found it a bit pricey considering the amenities offered. overall, a nice and peaceful experience, but some improvements in value for money would make it even better.

Hotel Staff was nice and well mannered. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. One suggestion for hotel people is the long steep slope which I think is really very difficult to climb for old people. One small escalator or any vehicle for old people just to transfer them from main gate to the reception area would be nice.

Excellent staff, good breakfast spread and amazing views. The hotel needs maintenance but staff makes up for it. The restaurant staff is extremely service oriented despite the heavy crowds during breakfast. For self drivers pls note that the entrance is steep uphill.

it is really a good property with good location. best stay in mussoorie . Enjoyed stay here with family. staff is supportive and friendly. It is near about to company garden and mall road is at walkable distance.

Hotel has a good view from the balcony. We loved playing TT. Staff is very cooperative and help-full, Specially Vivek during breakfast times. Just one lack that they have limited menu for IRD
