Worst hotel with worst bad staff and worst manager...they don't have manners to talk with customers..they are rude people and my booking was confirmed even after they shift me in other hotel in late night with my kid...and that was a beer bar hotel with full of smoke smell ash and beer smell . I have never stayed at a cheap hotel like before...overall experience with hotel is the worst.

Services are very poor and pathetic. Even the AC was not working properly, and after running the whole day room temperature was not set. Room service is also not good. After 4-5 hours, they didn't serve water or 2 cups of tea, and every time, they gave excuses. The hotel is good, but the room and services are not up to the mark.

Rooms are good, staff is good. The location is a little far from the centre. I read everyone's review about the food that it isn't good, still we gave them another chance and the chef couldn't even cook good parantha. And Black Tea!! who can't make Black tea? There's no science, they spoiled the Black Tea as well.

The property is good. Staffs are polite. Food is very tasty. only problem is less options in food. We stayed there for 7 days and out of that 6 days we only ate Aloo Paratha in breakfast. In dinner also options were minimum. Rest all is fine.

stay was comfortable, staff was friendly and polite. however, they don't provide packaged water bottles. i had ordered a 1 litre bottle for which they charged me ₹32. not a good policy. rest was okay.
