Overall service was staff was co-operative. But, then also need to improve cleanliness in toiletries. I hope just in my next visit this complaint shouldn't go from my end. All things will be in-line with my requirement. I personally feel this property should works for single occupancy. No more explanations.

lt was a good stay.l always used to stay here rooms are clean and clear toilet is clean.bed is clean rooms are good looking the staf is coperative. location near the relwey station and bus stand a few good restaurants are also there the food they serve is excellent I will suggest give a tray once

Good stay, but the family room is on the 4th(top) floor, the view from the roof is quite good. Narrow stairs. for luggage the care takers will help you. Hot water is available in the morning. But it may be noisy because of the honking of vehicles at night.

Hotel is Very Good and Neatly Maintained and it is Very Near to Railway Station and had easy access to all ways of Transportation and near to all Textile Markets of Surat Staff all are very Polite and Service and Food is excellent

Very neat & clean Hotel. It's just next to ST bus station & Railway station. Hotel is situated at third floor, quite conjusted from lower floor to third floor, but rooms are nice.
