They allowed booking even after having no rooms. After booking we and the manager confirmed they had room. however, @12:00 when we checked in he denied and said we don't have My room. After a lot of discussion, he spoke to some seniors and they allotted a room in another hotel in zone one. Their behavior was like we were staying for free. My booking was done for 1-day say but we actually needed room for 6 hours. Very rude behaviour at other hotel @raj residency

This is rubbish hotel. rooms are soo dirty there and dirt is spread-ed all over the hotel bathroom is also too dirty nothing is working in the rooms, service is soo poor staff is soo rude and uneducated, please don't book this hotel ever it is just a waste of money.

worst hotel ever in my life. they have no kitchen even they dont serve the tea. meri mom ne kaha aapke pass nagi hai to bahar se mangwa kar dedo to saaf mana kar diya. * isse bura kuch nahi dekha stuff totally useless, mannerless *. dont go in this hotel.

Hotel is located approximately 1.5km from Habibganj Railway station, clean hotel, clean toilet clean lenin overall good experience,only one thing hotel not have kitchen.good experience
