we got a chance to stay at this hotel on 30th of December as all the other prime hotels in Kullu areas were already booked. Due to heavy traffic rush we could not make to Manali and we had to stay at Bhuntar (the place where this hotel is located) for a single night. It was a average stay. Positive : located on main Manali road . Proper parking. Negative: rooms lack basic amenities like electric cattle, tea bags, sugar pouches etc. Overall: The Hotel is ok for a short night stay if anyhow one could not get to Kullu or Manali..

I had a very bad experience at hotel malabar, bhuntar. I was promised 10% off on F&B bill but the hotel refused to give that to me. The Manager shouted at me and literally fought with me over this. Their MD had earlier assured me that i will be given that discount but the lower manager refused and yelled at me. The food was good though, and some of the other staff members were better, but there was an element of ego and rudeness overall in everyone.

Hotel management refused to give us our booked room After booking and advance payment when we reach out the hotel. Waiting for almost 3 hours in the lobby and spend an hour on phone call somehow the booking agent resolved the issue then we get our room. The experience was terrible and I would definitely not recommend to everyone.

The room was small, yet comfortable and neat. The staff members were cordial and friendly. The food was very good, indeed. It’s located in the heart of the town and quite close to the airport. A very comfortable place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Hotel was good but reception guy was sly. Initially he did not offered me room which i booked instead of he offer a standard small room when I complained then he gave me room which i booked. Thats room was good bathroom was new tv was working.

i had a doubt before booking this hotel...because of some bad reviews. l lived here with my family..l really liked the hotel. Room was clean, bathroom was neat and clean, staff was good, food was good..overall good hotel

I'm staying here in the executive room and it's perfectly value for money ! It's a little noisy but that will do . Pretty cool for a stop over for a night. Close to the bus stop and close to the airport as well !

perfect for an overnight stay if you have a flight to catch the next day from kullu as it is only a stone's throw away from the bhuntar airport. Rooms are compact but the restaurant's food is decent
