Good hotel to stay, especially for short stays. The rooms are standard and have all the required facilities. The hotel is also neatly maintained. They provided us with amenities like towels, kettle, tea bags, sugar, milk creamer and bottled water. The location is also ideal(8 km from NITC) and is on the banks of the river. The food there is excellent and worth the price. But there are some drawbacks like it is not worth 4 star, it is just a 3 star or below hotel. Also the AC system is old and wasn't cooling properly. The TV wasn't working and we informed them and they asked us to shift to another room where TV was working fine. Also since it is a bar hotel, we could hear drunkards having a quarrel at night. Overall a fine hotel and is excellent for short stays.

Actually I was about to book Hotel Gateway in Calicut but the link routed to this hotel. 2 times the link routed to this hotel and I booked this hotel wrongly. This hotel is really nice with tasty food and very good rooms and service. I felt bad for not having swimming pool and there is no nearby restaurants as food here is at little higher price as it is 3 star hotel. A decent gym was also there. Overall the hotel is very good. I regret for the location of the hotel as there was no nearby restaurants at that time.

The service and staff attitude was good and helpfull. They were co-operative and very customer friendly. But the bar situated near to the entrance made issues. Some drunkyards commented on my wife and mother. The entrance to bar should not be through the front entrance of the hotel. I doubt if it is suitable for family or couples to stay. Nearby access to the main locations were easy from this point.

The staff were friendly. Bt it was nt mentioned that the hotel was bar attached and there were a few drunk fellows moving around the hotel Also it does not have any coffee shops as mentioned And the restaurant is always empty This hotel is not recommended for families *done*

I stayed two rooms both are bar attached hotel I didn't know that was bar attached and it's not a couple friendly hotels. In next time I don't need bar attached hotels and I booked only the city limits malayoram 34 killomet far from city.. Thanks

Stay is good. enough parking good service but the Food they serve is stale. Ordered prawns and chicken dishes - both were not fresh. Even juices are too watery. So, can opt for stay if required at Mukkam but pls don't order anything from here.

Hotel rooms are good, service is extra ordinary. However I will never recommend food from hotel. I (as a vegetarian) ordered veg chilly Gopi dry but I got chicken pieces in it. It's a huge upset. So be cautious while ordering food

Before check in my expectation for this hotel is an average commercial hotel. But i got the experience from there an excellent service and more than my expectation. I appreciate the staff and management over there. Keep it up

The stay was quite comfortable and the hotel staff was courtious. The room and the surrounding are clean. The food served also was good and tasty. The overall experience was definately above our expectations.

Dont have facilities of four star hotelStaff behavior is badWhen I entered the room thr was no power.... They were took 12 mints to return on the power.... After like one hour... Power cut........ Was so bad
