Hotel is located on the outskirts of Indore. However the location as given on Google maps (near Rhau circle) is incorrect. This caused me a lot of trouble since I thought I would stay within 2 kms of IIM where I had work. This place is almost 15kms away. Also, the quality of the room is far lower that what the pictures suggest. Worse was the fact that we checked in, the bathroom was in horrendous condition, the kettle was not working, towels were not in the washroom, etc. Quality of service is rather poor. We tried only the veg restaurant in our 2 days of stay and the food was decent, typical of highway dhabas I must say. Recommended only if you have work in the nearby industrial areas.

this was my first visit to this hotwl, I found worst treatment to guest at reception. kept me waiting for 2 hrs from 8-10 am, ..they didn't have courtesy to respect guests to offer a glass of water. location is also not good though it's in higgway, but you may not get canvenience in terms of , cab /auto , taxi etc. their rooms are not upto the mark as per rent charged. Food was bit okay, overall my experience was good in all respects. people to think twice before booking /staying at this place. it's in outside the city/market town and surrounding locality is also good...

no matter what they always say the rooms are all sold out when infact they have rooms available. after being denied for 2 3 times a senior comes and says give the room and then the person hands over the room keys and 5 min back all were sold out. this has happened twice with me so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

the way they charge money, Room quality & washroom quality should be good enough but it was bad. food is not satisfactory. Washroom was smelling. I don't like this hotel. Food, smelly room & washroom

poor room.Sink poorly work,l they were providing 1 double bed for 3 people .Demanded 1000 more or vacant the room. i have to pay 1000 rs more. never go to this hotel. very unprofessional.
