It was overall a good stay. But the hotel was under construction which was not informed prior. As it made a first bad impression. Only 1st floor was well maintained as shown in the picture. So according to that the rates were very high. And the service boy was charging amount for each and every room service, which was not appreciating. As we have paid the payment in advance, we should not be charged for food bills instantly. It was very humiliating to be paid just after every order. Mr. Dixit took good care overall. He was very humble and guided us very well about the city which helped us to make our tour very easy go. After the full construction this hotel will run a good business.

this low grade Hotel if you book offline, it costs u double bed one day rent rupees for deluxe room. Even they charge more but u will get worst experiences, no restaurant facility available. no hygienic, bad service. Even they just cant available milk or boil milk to my kid, they literally denied.

never go for this hotel, prices are high while hotel is very cheap. It's not even a hotel but a roadside lodge. Also don't choose breakfast option in this hotel. they will charge for 5 star hotel and provide you roadside type of food. no hygiene and very poor in taste.

Not recommended to stay here. If no option is there than only book this hotel but do not add Breakfast, they will give you only aalo parata or poha without tea or coffee and 2 Paratha will cost you arround Rs. 500-600. Service is very poor.

Overall the stay was good.The staff was also polite.They also gave us early check in at no extra cost. It is near to Ramghat so the location is also good. And if you are planning a stay in Chitrakoot you can go for this hotel.

Mandakini Heritage Hotel is good for staying in Chitrakoot. Most importantly, I really liked the behavior of the staff there especially the supervisor of the hotel. Well mannered 👍

The service was very poor, even basic amenities not provided. Booked rooms with breakfast and lunch/dinner, but they don't provide tea in breakfast and not more than two parathas.
