Hotel Mandawa Palace and Restaurant

a peaceful, quite, clean and traditional haveli stay for those who always look for value for money without compromising on factors like hygiene, experience and warm nature of the staff beyond good service. Our stay at hotel Mandawa was short but, we left the place with good memories, which includes good and tasty home cooked food, helpful and well behaved staff and, clean and spacious rooms with a reflection of traditional Rajasthani culture. if you plan to spend a day at City of Havelis (Mandawa), please pay a visit to Mandawa Palace and feel at home.

The property is just awesome & their room I stayed in here was clean & spacious as well but the mattress that was provided was not comfortable. The staff's behavior was very good & their services were upto the mark as well but the food that was provided to me was very costly & even quality of it was not that great as well & even it's quantity was very less too according to it's price. The atmosphere of the hotel is good as well. I had a decent stay here.

1st room is freezing unsealed window above bed . Moved room it is still freezing (open window in bathroom ) .... I booked because this hotel and room was meant to have a bath tub and states electric blanket and fire . there is also no air con unit as listed .. overall disappointed I've travelled by bus from Jaipur for a bath tub yet there isnt one . Also appears to be no cable TV just regular TV

Nice haveli, good breakfast, however hospitality was missing, may be because we were the only guests but that should have been the otherway, had to ask for basics like water, towels etc, although was provided but should be prompt and ready. standard room was not clean, deluxe room was clean and nice. Scope for improvement in service but reasonably good experience for a short stay.
