Horrible stay and staff. very unhygienic, washroom and rooms both dirty and stinking. they didn't provide toiletries not even enough towels. For two they are providing a single towel and bed linen was dirty. The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude, he tried to behave very oversmart. When asked for him he simply disappeared just to avoid the situation instead of handling. If it was not that late and we had time to look for another accommodation we would have definitely done that. Even after the booking confirmation when we were calling them upfront they were hardly reachable. Even after informing multiple times we had to wait as rooms were not ready at 8:45 pm!! Would never recommend to anybody

stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. propertywise it's good, but very good in terms of location. Nearby shops, food corner, branded shops, railway station and availability of local conveyance it really good. Rooms are so so.. nothing phenomenal. I stayed in 202 where ceiling fan and night bulb was not working which they fixed after 3 follow ups. bit impolite and rude stuffs. Restaurant is good, with all sort of variety of foods available. But service is slow and sloppy. Bit overpriced menu w. r. t location. Morning breakfast menu really needs improvement. wifi is namesake, doesn't really work (or works at 2G speed you could say), overall so so experience Nothing phenomenal but good experience

Very Good Hotel in Malda Centre. Breakfast and dinner food is very tasty and quality is up to the mark. Room is clean and clear. Air conditioner working in good condition. Hot water facility available in room. Lift facility is also available.
