It seems the main drawback of using MMT is their customer service, although customers are promised a 24/7 support team. The contact numbers are often unresponsive, and they take a long time to reply to emails. Many negative customer reviews highlighted this issue. So, the chances are that it would be difficult for you to sort an issue regarding booking or refund through them. It has become infamous for its lackluster customer service. They have been around since 2000, so many people have had good experiences. I guess if you do not encounter a reason to use their customer service, you will be okay.
