Good and decent Homestay, Clean rooms.Hosts are very co-operative and polite.Please do not expect 5 star service beacz its A small homestay with all besic aminities like.Lcd tv,24 hrs hot water,clean bathrooms,inverter for powerback up, Large bed, hamocks under coconut tree for relax,specious parking etc Break fast you have to order before 1 days you will surly love it homemade breakfast like ghavane chatani.poha etc.. Recomended for all budget travellers.Its A couple friendly and safe homestay. Distance from beautiful chivala beach - 2mins by walk. you can seat on beach for late night beacz lights are there on beach and peoples are around this area are very polite and soft spoken thanks for good service .we will surly visit again and recomend to our friends also.

On arrival I was greeted with friendly and welcoming faces. The rooms are great, cool and comfortable. They offer breakfast and also provided me with a scooter. In a great location, pretty much next to the beach. Highly recommend anyone travelling to malvan to stay here.The best place to stay in Malvan , people who wants privacy with complete attention to their needs. Location - perfect beach stay for one who wants to feel all shades of the seashore yet keep in touch with most required comfort, market place and food joints. Nice cottage..2 mins walk from beach. No beach view but peaceful and relax..decent and clean rooms.bathorooms are clean with 24 hrs hot water.Home made breakfast available as per order.(need to pay extra for that)..hosts family very kind and helpful..thnks for u r hospitality.We will definitely visit again..Manorama Homestay

It is very good and comfortable homestay experience. Rooms are very well maintained, neet and clean. All basic amenities are available. Owner is very cooperative and taken well care of all guest. Property is near to beach, all water sports are available at this beach. Good restaurants available near property.

Good location. There was no restaurant for in house dining. Owner was helpful enough to manage our services and do not any time limitation for going out and coming back. Free WiFi was missing during my stay period.

Amazing location, just 5 mins walk from the beautiful Chivla beach. Has a quite and peaceful garden with trees all around. The family is very kind and helpful. Overall had an amazing stay and will be back soon!
