Hotel is good in that amount. It is very close to IIM Kozhikode. The staff is very friendly. They allowed me to check in at 10pm and I stayed there till 12.30 pm next day. The room is little less bright. Bathroom is also good and clean. They have a tie up with nearby restaurant from where you can order any thing from breakfast to dinner with all varieties, in affordable prices without any extra charge. A primary school I nearby. So if you want to work in the morning it's little bit noisy. Hotel is near to IIM Kozhikode and I think NIT is also nearby. If you need anything like a water bottle or shampoo or anything, the hotel guys will buy and bring it to you, without any extra charges.

very badly managed. the room was full of dust and we got itching and skin issues. got the sheets changed after requesting to the manager who denied the dust and issue. not a good place for family there was not even drinking water in the room. very bad hotel and never going back again.

worst experience from their receptionist ... They don't check in us.. because my partner age having 18 year and 1 month only ... i don't know.. is it correct or not.. i also contact other.. they have no issue like this.. they said partner have been only 18 years... i lost my money

location is good but room is not matching with the photo ac is not working properly not cleaned small bathroom no mineral water only one sample soap average room its showing deluxe AC not give that much rent to this i am not recommending for others

Worst experience ever happened, they rejected my in last minute at midnight when we reach there. According to them they got more direct so the reject our booking. We never get support from hotel management. Please avoid these type of hotels.

The stay is very near to IIM Kozhikkode and kunnunmangalam bus stand. The rooms are spacious. Cleanliness is average. The service and overall staff behaviour is good. Overall a decent budget stay

the hotel doesn't even have a kettle to boil water in these days of COVID, people are highly vulnerable to get infected when traveling from different places, does not provide hot water.

No mirror in bathroom, only one fan available though two fan fittings available. One fan is not sufficient in the room.
