The most attractive detail of the hotel is the maintenance and cleanliness it's really noteworthy how good is the staff and no disturbance at all the sound proofing is amazing . The manager was very friendly and of good attitude he even asked us about how was there services and told us about the location and area of hotel. The breakfast was amazing and location of hotel is very peaceful overall really satisfied with the wonderful experience it felt like a 4 star hotel although it is a 3 star especially the club rooms are large enough to accommodate 4 persons.

The room was good,having all facilities but the washroom has some defects like the drain wasn't working properly. The food was average only. Staff was cooperative. What i like the most about this hotel is the view from window which was quite peaceful. Also, this hotel is away from chaos of the city in a very peaceful place. Parking facility was there with one watchman keeping eye on the cars. Overall, it was a good stay.

Rooms are neat and clean as it a new hotel but food was below average. Shower mixer in bathroom was not working properly, either it was giving extreme hot or cold. Could not contact reception from room due to some problem with telephone. They take full advantage of their isolated location by overcharging. Charged Rs 50 for a water bottle having MRP of Rs 20

Good hotel... Very near to Taj mahal, great service. Rooms are clean and tidy. All the fittings in bathrooms are of high quality. Very good quality air conditioning and furniture. Clean mattress... Best one out there.

the hotel manager is very rude . I didn't get o e night sleep due to noise on the terrace just on top. mid of night in between gallery lot of noise. not safe to stay for single female . reception is extremely rude

the general manager extremely rude abs reception too. they brought tea in filthy kettle all the time. all staff shouting on guest. there were also not so decent guests in next room making noise whole night

accommodation ambience is very good. wash room is maintained in good condition. location of hotel is little far from taj mahal. it is in the outskirts so takes some time to reach near popular destinations

the fan was not working. even on 3-4, the fan was not working. the room was stinky. there was bad odour in the room there was no cooling in the room
