Staff was very very helpful and kind. They even guide us for the city travel. Rooms were very neat and clean. Bathrooms were slightly dirty but don't mind. We didn't request for the table and chair but they still provided us both in our room for our dinner, this was a very great gesture which I have not experienced in all of my experiences in hotels. Parking was also available. There were mosquitos in the room but if you tell the issue to the staff, the issue will be addressed asap. In short it was a very good experience.

It was my second time having staying there with my parents. It was a repeat amazing experience. Their food menu is extensive and everything we ordered was really flavourful and delicious. Rare moments when Indian food tasted so full of fresh ingredients and taste. the service and staff is quite courteous and hands-on. The place was very neat and comfortable. Hotel was superb hygienic, staff were very friendly, intact they arranged my local trip with last minute information. Facility was good, food was fantastic. It’s my first preference in Agra to hang out. Also it’s only 800m from world heritage Taj Mahal. Thanks to restaurant staff and management who made my stay memorable in Agra.
