Rooms are built unplanned! no proper plug points! hotel claims to have room service but never come when called! as far the worst hotel experience in Imphal! Owners/Manager doesn't care for the customer only mindset is the money! there are lot more better hotels than this... Experience of staying in 4 different hotels for more than 15 days in Imphal ! a big NO for this hotel!

I paid 1600 rupees for a single room but i got a small Fan room and bad mattress is not good very poor quality and tv also not working..so as per my price my experience is bad but hotel manager behavior is good..
