We stayed there for one night in a four bed family room during our visit to Agra. The Room was very small and didn't even have a wardrobe to put your clothes in. One charging socket in the room was faulty. The balcony was not clean. The toilet flush was faulty (which they repaired after our complain). The food in their restaurant was really overpriced. There was not even a telephone in the room to call the reception or to call for service. The only good service they provided was that of travel assistance. I booked a cab from their reception for Jaipur and the Fare was reasonable and the driver was good. So overall it was an average experience.

Location wise it's very good as it's located about 1 km from the Taj mahal & about 2 km from the Fort. Talking about property then it's great too. The room is good & all their services they provided here was awesome as well. Their food was very good too. I had wonderful & cheerful experience here with my family.

worst of worst hotel! very pathetic service. Rooms are bad and bathrooms are smelly. water was leaking all the time. staff was not at all bothered about the service. Highly Pathetic hotel! owner is very rude and has no sense of talking.

Worst experience as there is no facility of extension and room service is soo poor. Rooms are very sofisticated, Washroom contains very ancient plumbing equipments from which water continuously coming off, Exaust fan was not working.

The hotel's decor was stylish and sophisticated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Our time here was nothing short of wonderful, and we left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

not expected at all. very small room. no telephone. charging socket not working. no tea or coffee maker. no drinking water provided. washroom door is very hard to open from inside. food very costly in their restaurant

I BOOKED ROOM FOR THREE PERSON SO EXCESS AMOUNT PAID. BUT they provide double bedroom . They mmdemandxdemand extra 300 rs for my third colleagues. very bad experience. i can not recommend anyone.
