the hotel is good from outside. the vibes are also good but the problem is the room needs maintenance. the bathroom door lock was not proper also the service regarding the food was okay . no intercom facility was available in my room. i had to go to the reciption to order a bottle of water or tea. i got towel after argument since they told all rooms are full and will not be able to give any. they provide toiletries in the bathroom. hotel staff was good. plz don't pay food bill to the staff as they demand it and may lead to confusion. i request you to pay the food bill directly at the reception.

The hotel is not worth staying with family. The amenities are worse, the hotel employees are rude, specially at the reception, nobody cares about the Guest and their needs. This hotel does not qualify for "International" tag. The hotel is more good in hosting marriage functions and community meetings. Untidy rooms, broken fittings in the washroom, torn bedsheets and pillow cover, non working AC & television, additional charges for usage of swimming pool, careless behaviour of hotel reception staff, etc. etc.

Worst experience .rooms have no facilities .we checked in at night 11 pm. The rooms have no toiletories bed sheet were used dusting was not done in the room. Worst property its not an hotel its an lodge I recommend instead of staying here stay in any station side hotel or any lodge

Worst experience I ever had. Charging plug points are not working...no hot water for bath... Need yo call several time to reception for same. Nasty bathroom. no cleaning at all ........ I would not give even 1 star... Spend rs for one night for such worst hotel and its services....!

The hotel is in very bad condition. The TV is not working, bathroom fittings are not working. no facilities are in the hotel. no one should choose this hotel. when you come to the hotel, you will feel maybe this is a dharamshala. pillow covers and blankets are not clean.

The worst hotel to stay in is Jaipur. staff is not co-operative. TV is not working although asked so many times no one came and fix that. same with the phone. I highly recommend not to stay there in any condition. Total waste of money.

The wall of the room was too dirty, the floor was broken, no washroom cleaning for 2 Days, they did only room cleaning. only one charging plug for three guest rooms. The bed sheets were dirty.
