It was nice and comfortable stay at Hotel Mayas, Trichy. It's located at prime location and near to Chatiram bus stand. The rooms are bigger, tidy and clean, with enough wardrobes. The bed was very much comfortable. The staff at the reception as well as the room service staff are courteous and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was yummy and quality food and the service was good. As well as the restaurant inside the Hotel is also good and serves high quality food. In my opinion it was more than value for money. The car parking is spacious. It becomes our preferred hotel for any further stay at Trichy city.

We had a terrible stay at this hotel. The room was not clean at all — there was a bad smell, and it clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival. The bedsheets and pillows were very old and worn out, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The air-conditioning didn’t work properly and the room was hot and stuffy the whole time. This place is not suitable for anyone, especially families. We traveled with our family and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we've had with hotel stays. Definitely not recommended.

Far from the Railway junction. If you happen to travel during high traffic session then there is every possibility of getting struck in the midst of vehicles I suggest Maya's Kemp Pride to this property owned by the same group. Except for soap and towel you get no other amenities. TV in the room should go immediately to the museum. No hot water. Only solace was the guy at the reception willing to help you for an any questions posed If charged at half the value of its present cost (@Goibibo) then it has the value for money

i hav booked one superior non ac room, but the room was not so bad. the room is spacious than expected. hotel is generally clean and tidy, with newly laid flooring and other modern items. but the bathroom fittings are obsolete one having difficult to operate. the front staff are pleasing an helpful. there is a restaurant attached to the hotel, wherein the items are little bit expensive. anyhow my stay there for two days was nice and memorable i am only a tourist.

good value for money for families ...only issue we had due to crowd was hot water not coming. I.guess management should be able to handle this .also another suggestion is they can give wifi password at the time of check in which is common procedure all places now..good courteous staff and friendly .very nice central location to go anywhere in and out of trichy as this is near chattiram bus stand .

Very poor experience in staying at this hotel, 1. Water bottles has been charged - No complementary. (daily a ltr) 2. Food served on the open tray without any wrapping abd bring from ground floor to 3rd floor. 3. No hot water is available even early in the morning. 4. Split A/c. Is kept on 17d still you wont feel the chilled. On whole night. 5. Waste of money for 2 days. Tribble days.

rooms are not clean especially restrooms. flush was not working, sync was dirt and no hot water. but charge is more. The receptionist were not valuing customers. Management is not much good. most awkward feel is no proper cleanliness. Don't know why they charge this much amount. spending much amount but return is most unsatisfaction 🙃🙃

They are going down badly. The provide cabs at exorbitant rates. Rooms are good but I had a very bad experience with the a/c and after 3 hours i was shifted to another room. Except Mr Muthu Kumar the rest of the staff are just bad.

Great location - just opposite to chathram bus stand. great service and well maintained rooms. Lobby may look a bit old, but rooms are well maintained. on peak days very difficult to get rooms here. overall great experience
