Mayfair Oasis Resort and Convention

To start with, Mr jograj Singh I am not welcoming any replies from you in this feedback as you are equally responsible for my bitter experience yesterday. 1. I was kept waiting for an hour in lobby while I was already assured a 2hr early checkin before booking as we needed rooms for only 3-4 hours. They have 122 rooms and the receptionist told all are occupied we cannot give you room before 2pm. Factually, it was only 20% occupied. 2. Booking was through close reference with Mr. Jogi and was assured of discount but was denied later on. 3. Instead I was charged over and above quoted price which I had to pay to get rid of all the harrasment in between my family function. They charged GST as extra while they had quoted a GST inclusive price by Mr. Ranjeet (I have proofs) 4. Food was worst, service was too slow, everything was served cold and the reason given was banquet AC is on. So they are saying basically whenever you visit an AC restaurant/banquet, you will be served cold food. 5. On raising the same with Mr. Jogi, he simply escaped from the situation by saying he is not in hotel and can't do anything unless back. I could have fought for everything as I was right but couldn't do so in presence food my guests and also couldn't have waited as we had to travel back 3 hours during night hours. Don't go by the ambience as it's just a cover up. They are just fooling around . Any replies to this feedback are uncalled for.

What a property!! it has a superb architecture, very well maintained,lush green, excellent ambience with instrumental music all around the resort.Breakfast has a lot of variety to offer and good taste. I congratulate the property owner & entire staff for managing it so well.Staff is very courteous and polite. I would highly recommend the mayfair jharsuguda. Thanks to Goibibo for making their efforts towards amendment req & the resort manager who accepted it .

Superb experience... lift available... complementary snacks, beverages is available at room... room is very cozy... food is awesome... i tried and tasted each item... all the food items were perfectly presented Cozy room... good big balcony... table and chair available for laptop work... big and cozy sofa also available for thinking time and when u need a break from your table work.... various tea options available at room itself...

Mayfair Oasis Resort & Convention in Jharsuguda offers a tranquil escape from city life. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring every need is met. While dining options are delicious, they are a bit on the pricey side. The pool is fantastic, though the spa is yet to start. Overall, it's a great choice for a relaxing getaway.
