Property is not at all 5 star house keeping staff is slow and unresponsive. I would say that street food is better then this restaurant. they do not have any indoor games for kids. Parking is very limited. Municipality drainage is just outside of the hotel, thus it smell awful and mosquitos are harrasful from all directions. Will never use this Property again.

Great property, very nice, clean and spacious rooms. I really loved interior of room, furniture in the open area, garden everything was so subtle and nice. Breakfast was tasty too, staff is really helpful. Highly recommend it for family as well as for couples. My parents enjoyed the property and breakfast.

Great stay at Medalio Resorts. Have been staying at the property from last 5 years. Rooms are big Bathroom is neat and clean with all toiletries Swimming pool is super clean Breakfast is good but should start at 7:30am instead of 8:30am (so people who have to leave early morning can also enjoy breakfast).

very much reasonable price for the amenities and services available.Rooms were also sufficiently spacious. main advantage is that, resort is not that much outer and comes in the city range, so easy for sight seeing. Food was awesome, especially breakfast😁.

breakfast was okay. food was average. it's a hotel with a swimming pool and restaurant in a different building. it shouldn't be called a resort! reception for calls is not available most of the time.
