I stayed in Hotel Megha City for 3 nights. It's a very budget friendly hotel and the most important factor is the location. You can easily visit different places (charminar/Hussain sagar) from there and the secundrabad railway station is also not far away. The airport is also reachable in under 45 mins. Since it's an economic hotel, the room was kind of okay with basic amenities. No issues with the cleanliness as the staff keep doing their work on a regular basis. It has an in-house restaurant but the prices are a bit on the higher side. You will have multiple food joints , tea stalls , restaurants near to this as per your bud taste. The staff are quite friendly, cordial and receptive. The only suggestion I have, to do some maintenance of the rooms as it was quite visible it has not been done for quite some time.

The hotel has met all my expectations. It is not only cost economical but also provides excellent customer service. The rooms are available in two categories - AC & NON AC. The room as well as bathroom is airy & spacious. The hotel also has in-house restaurant known for it's delicacies.
