manager was sleeping and send message through his/her attendant that no room is available after that I told attendant I need to talk to your manager, he told me he is on leave. than I told him I will discuss with goibibo, he connect me with his manager on phone call, he told me he didn't received any mail or msg from goibibo.They dont have a system on reception. Manager told me to cancel booking as there is no room available. Than I told him I will book a police complain right that time. after an hour he allotted me a room. Room was not clean, holes was their in bedsheet, blankets were smelling heavily, pillows were not clean, bathroom wasn't clean, there was no towel and soap available, when I asked they told me if washed towel is available you will have otherwise not, they provide me one but that was smelling. pics attached...
