Visit Time - mid November 2024 We had an excellent and memorable stay at Meraki Huts. The place is located near Kholachauri in Pauri Garhwal. It is around 1 hour drive from Dev Prayag. The approach road is good except for stretch where the construction is going for upcoming Rishikesh - Karna Prayag rail corridor. The route from Dev Prayag to Pauri is mesmerizing passing through tree covered hills and small villages in between. We hardly found any traffic on the route. Coming to the place, it is slightly up from the main road about 350 m on kacha rasta. The place offers mesmerizing views of the surrounding hills and the majestic Himalayan Peaks - Chaukhamba, Satopanth, Kedarnath on a clear day. The best part is the amount of flowers that surrounds the property. The rooms are quite spacious and made of local stone. The service is amazing. The food they offer is also very good. We happened to see amazing sunrise and sunset from the property. It offers 350 degree view of the surroundings which is a great plus. There is also scope for birding as the place has both farms and tree covered slopes in the vicinity. The place offers plenty of opportunity to explore around and hike. Overall it's an excellent place for few days of outing. The property offers peaceful getaway and one can hike around or just relax around the property.

amazing property, wonderful view, quite place, pleasant weather. this property is on the top of the hill. while driving to this property we were not sure if we did right by booking this property. once we reached Meraki huts we were suprised to see such beautiful ambience, nice big rooms, tasty food. traveling so far for this property was worth it. Nice weekend getaway. we extended our stay so we can enjoy a bit longer. I would love to visit again. fellow travelers I recommend Meraki huts. do visit once.

Rooms don't have basic facilities like almirah , TV Doesn't have any space to keep luggage, rooms were very small Location is nice but service is very very pathetic, staff will not listen to you at all Food was ok, we took room with breakfast buffet but nothing was available except for puri bhaji, egg, poha & tea, we keep reminding staff for everything and they keep ignoring service, rooms, unprofessional staff
