Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended I had a very unpleasant experience during my 10-day stay at Classic Comfort Hotels, and I would strongly advise others to avoid booking here. First, the room listed for three people was barely sufficient for two. Despite raising this concern in advance and at check-in and even offering to pay for an upgrade the staff completely ignored my request. The service was unresponsive and indifferent from the beginning. The biggest issue was cleanliness, or rather the lack of it. The room was infested with small cockroaches, and no one came to clean the room, change the bedsheets, or clean the bathroom even once during my entire stay. Basic hygiene and housekeeping were completely neglected. The hotel staff, especially at reception, were unhelpful and at times downright rude. Every time I returned to the hotel sometimes 5 to 6 times a day we were questioned at the entrance as if I were trespassing, even though everything had been paid in full in advance. On the day of checkout, we were again stopped and questioned unnecessarily, as if we hadn't cleared the bill. There seemed to be no system in place to track guest records or payments. Several things listed in their online description were simply false there was no washing machine no ironing board as advertised, and getting clean bedsheets was a struggle throughout the stay. they They even told us that the mineral water bottle will be charged additional Overall, it was a deeply frustrating and uncomfortable experience. Poor service, lack of cleanliness, false advertising, and unprofessional behavior make this a hotel I would never recommnd

The power cut happened and There is no Generator. due to This Mosqitoes bitten. At starting they made us wait for 1 hour regarding Room non availability. AC didnt worked. Such a horrible experiance we had. Worst.
