Rooms are neat and clean, AC was efficient, breakfast was nice and restaurant is neat and clean, staff is very much co operative especially Mr, Sanketh was co ordinating with us and is a nice gentleman. Only small problems like there was no hot water in the room but we did not give them time to correct it as we were in urgency. They supplied hot water from outside. Thanks to Mr. Sanketh.

Really great stay..with family. Hotel stands out from the city rush...enough parking space..neat & clean room..good Wi-Fi ..no restaurant within BUT from provided in-room menu,you can order items to them and food will reach within 30-40 min. ..really good food. Overall service and quality is great and beyond expectation. Highly recommended.

We arrived two hours ahead of schedule, and the manager graciously permitted an early check-in. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. Conveniently located near Kairali and Tajmahal cafe. The dining experience at Metro Plaza restaurant and the room service were exceptional. Can't wait to return for another visit.

Location is Great. Situated just back side of Mangalore Central Railway Station. Ideal for Solo, Family Traveler. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Only thing did not liked is the Superior AC rooms does not have road views from windows, for that you need to book Deluxe rooms.

Best hotel with good service. The rooms were clean and tidy. Prompt room service.Walkable distance from mangaluru Central Railway station. They serve tasty food too. I must say one of the best hotel I ever stayed.I will recommend if someone visits mangaluru.
