Hotel Midland

It is a new hotel, said to have commenced functioning about 6 months back. The room and the bathroom were very good and clean. No toilet paper was provided. Room service was provided by untrained boys in mufty clothing, who had no sense of hygiene while serving. Tea was served in cups without saucers. We had lunch in the dining hall. On opening the entrance door, one could see the wash basin enclosure with dirty walls. A side-door of the hall was kept open due to which there were flies in the hall. The A/C was switched on only when asked to do so. The table cloths were crumpled and dirty. Order for tandoori rotis was taken but we were told later that tandoor was not ready. The mixed vegetable was tasteless and of poor quality while dal was tolerable. The staff apparently lacks professional training in catering and hotel management. Morning tea was not available till about 7.15 am. When I rang up for tea after 6 am, I was told to ring up after 7 am as Restaurant staff had not arrived. Even the order for tea was not taken and I had to ring up again. No biscuits/cookies were provided with tea even after asking . The lift and A/C was not working in the evening for about an hour due to voltage fluctuations. The lady receptionist was courteous. No comments.

It was told house keeping over you can occupy room .room was not ready at all as informed the Ac was not functioning for 3days earlier still servicing was not done.No provision of tea at early morning though informed in advance. during earlier stay service was good now degraded

The stay at Hotel Midland was good. The rooms were airy and doesn't feel packed but the lights of can be improved. The washroom was good but up to the mark. Morning complementary breakfast service can improved. Who serves tea in paper cup as they did.

the only thing which I disappoint so much that I have chosen free breakfast room, every time at the time of breakfast they give me silly reason that we have provide only 200rs breakfast only rest u will pay. I don't know which policy they are take care.
