though the hotel was in a remote location, i arrived at 5pm. i booked and paid a standard room the owner cum receptionist not allowed me give a room reason for the kid need to take an extra room or book for executive room of 3.i booked another room and had to pay additional ₹786/- for an extra bed it took more than an hour and half finally i got the room. it’s not worth at all. the aircon was not cool enough and nobody in the reception in the night and i had to come to downstairs to request for ac fix .outside food is strictly not allowed but the quality of food in the hotel was very bad.next day during my checkout the receptionist told me to wait till the 2 staff being sent to the room for an inventory check and the room is in good condition. it took 20minutes finally i get out of the jail. the way the hotel staff treated like i am a thief. every nook and corner there is a warning/ caution notice.i don’t recommend to anybody this hotel.

Facility is good physically. Services & customer orientation is bad. Examples: 1. They don't accumulate additional purchases (like dinner, tea etc) for paying at check out. 2. Further, even after a dinner & its separate bill that needs to be settled immediately, room service for a glass of milk, is yet another separate bill! 3. Only 2 coffee mugs in a room booked for triple occupancy! Ask for another & you get a smaller one! 4. Only 4 pieces of tissue paper in the room for a triple occupancy! 5. Untrained waiters in the restaurant. They have to be told to get water along with breakfast! You order anything and you need to wait for a long time, like 20 -30 min. While the inclusion of complimentary breakfast costs a lot, it is very meagre in quantity & flexibility. Overall, a bad experience!!

Too costly dinner.. Rooms too small.. No outside food allowed. The menu in their restaurant is also less and the rate is too too high. No taste at all.. Even for dental kit they charge extra.. Spent a lot of money just for one day.. No Privacy.. Trying to open the door and when asked the reception they said sorry by mistake the room boy tried opening the door.. Room boy coming inside the room without any permission. If you order anything the room boy rings the bell and directly comes inside the room without any permission. Had a difficult stay..

Service and hospitality is not a preference to the hotel staff. When you ask for an upgrade they promptly cut you off. When you ask for an extra towel when you booked for 3 person and have paid for three they say towels are wet & after pushing for it they come with the extra towel. Breakfast is a fiasco their kitchen name is AWESOME Kitchen which should be reconsidered by the management as service & quality does not fit the name. Can write more on their attitude........
