My experience was terrible because they provided no service in any aspect. You won’t even get regular water in the room. The café has very limited options, and they do not offer room service for food. Additionally, they require a 2 PM check-in, and early check-ins are not considered. To make matters worse, the manager is unavailable, and no one shares their contact information, leaving you feeling stranded with no one to reach out to after arriving at the property.

bahut bakwas hai.staff co-operative nhi hai.ek baar booking krwa ke aap fas jaoge.teen din ka stay tha mera.prantu waha main two days hi ruka . wo bhi extra rs deker . hotels lete time aap ko bahut si baat dekhni hogi.main kisi ko bhi yha Jane ki Salah nhi dunga. nothing to like here.

had good experience there ..it has an amazing rooftop restaurant with an awesome view ..food was great ..I have stayed in 9 bed dormitory room ..the room didn't have a fan or a c ...so a little bit conjugated in summer otherwise it's good in this price range .

Bad behaviour of the staff.They havenot provided the facilities what they promised also i rejected to stay there due to bad behaviour of the receptionist rajeev the owner donot know how to treat people specially womens.

Best experience , location is also soo good , walking distance from mcleodganj main cheok. We stay in single room with 6 dormitory bed which is enjoyable experience with friends. And the view from rooftop is topnotch.

Clean Dorm and attached bathroom, Walkable distance to Central Square. Made a couple of friends at my stay ✨. only issue is we need to walk a bit up to get food or you can get it at the hostel cafe.
