MMD Residency is one of the best places to stay in Thanjavur, especially if you're looking for a clean and family-friendly spot. It’s located right behind Meenakshi Hospital and close to the bus stand, which makes it very convenient. The road leading to the hotel is a bit narrow and congested due to vehicles parked near nearby shops. Parking is limited—only about 2–3 cars can fit inside the premises. The place is more like a service apartment with a bedroom, hall, kitchen, and bathroom. There are basic utensils and even a small fridge, which is really helpful for families. Everything was neat and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. I booked through Goibibo, and the whole process was smooth. Overall, a highly recommended place for a peaceful stay in Thanjavur.

car parking and hot water all time available. you can get things on single call to reception. Good friendly and supportive staffs. Clean and neat service apartment. Highly recommend to Thanjavur travellers who come as family with kids. It have small kitchen area and hall set up. If you are travelling in car it's idle place and you can reach tourist destination temple in 5 mins drive. Near to boarding place there are much dinning options ( veg and non veg hotels) available within walkable distance.

I enjoyed the stay at MMD. Unlike other hotels, apart from Room a hall and a small kitchen also there so it is good for family. Walkable distance from New Busstand and it is located near Meenakshi hospital (landmark). Hotel Manager and staffs are very good and supportive. House keeping is done properly. I stayed there 3 days and very happy about my experience.

As a business traveler, I reached hotel at very midnight. The person who incharge is helping me to check in. And the major thing is Parking space ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's good , me and wife stayed for two days it's comfortable near to new bus stand hardly 200 metres.Didnt opt breakfast since we have to leave early so don't know else it was fine for us go for it you wont regret thanks to MMD and Gobibo
