My parents reached the hotel at 7.30 am and requested the front desk to give an early checkin as they were tired. The management let them checkin without any information and later checked them out at 12 noon same day. Finally levied charges for 2 days for a 4 hour early check in. Horrible support and management staff.

Its really not worthy for what i have paid, TV was not working even i have repeatedly ask to check they just five excuse that we are trying to recharge set top box. And till night 11:00 pm also they have not recharge it.

Good property and good but horrible service. No complimentary water bottles in the room. Room having weird smell. Breakfast opens late @ 8 AM. Onion salad chargeable. Would not recommend if service is a key requirement.

Hotel is new so relatively rooms are well polished. The room tariff is affordable. swimming pool was clean with bubble bath facility and lighting was done nicely. They also have a large landscape outside the hotel.

Breakfast is not so good. No buffet breakfast. You have to wait too long after ordering the breakfast. If you order another item, it is chargeable and you will get to know about at at the time of billing only.

The hotel is decent and the staff is good but there are little hygiene related issues. We got a dead lizard in our room and the pillows were not that clean.
