Moksha Riverside

In one sentence - the most awful service I have ever experienced in hotel. Apparently this establishment considers itself a 4 star hotel with charges approaching that of a 5 star. The service falls so far short, that i have had better in a stop-gap 1500inr dive. For 8500inr per night, please leave your expectations at the door for simple things like bath towels in room upon arrival. Even after 3 times of asking and over 5 and a half hours later, no sign of any bath towels. Upon speaking to reception, the usual routine and inadequate apologies were made and i was promised towels immediately, 'Sir'! I could hear giggling from the female staff member as i left.... When they eventually arrived.... they were still damp. Like I said, please leave ALL expectations of quality service that befits the price tag at home. The staffing needs a complete overhaul and retraining. Truly terrible.

Moksha! Good things 1st.. Room though a bit small was very good..clean, with all the amenities required and feather in the cap was the electrically heated bed...special mention of availability of YouTube and Netflix via firestck never seen anywhere not even in 7stars... Service was topnotch... Food..Good...but breakfast was very disappointing... Location..Great... Now abt the not so good.. Moksha is famous for its parties and surprisingly none on valentine's, reason few rooms occupied. Not my fault. The river view they boast have died down as the authorities have diverted it long further away...u can only hear it late in the night but no view..no fault of the hotel though but they should stop promoting this.... Overall an expensive place minus the river view...

Great Hotel in a location like Kasol where most other places are camping or budget stays. A walkable distance from the main market area which keeps it away from all the hustle, yet very accessible. Food quality is also good. Room service like regular cleaning calls, change of towels, water bottles etc can be improved. All in a all, a good experience if you’re ready to pay the price.

Excellent experience. Food, staff, hygiene, room service, everything was commendable. The views from the hotel room are great. Loved my stay here. Would definitely recommend and visit again! Kudos, Team Moksha!!
