The hotel is located close to IIM Kozhikode and provide just basic facilities for a business travel. The staff is welcoming and helpful, however basic toiletries and availability of hot water in bathroom are areas of concern. The room is clean and housekeeping staff are thorough professionals. The breakfast spread/ food and drinks are below average and require a complete change to meet customer satisfaction. the check out time is 1000hrs and doesn't offer late checkout, which is considered to be harsh/ early as compared to most hotels offering 1200hrs including late checkout facility. hotels nearby offer better facilities like gym, swimming pools etc. at similar rates.

A nice clean well maintained hotel, with decent food. No one usually answers on house keeping number, only reception is actually reachable. But all the queries get accounted for through reception, so nothing major to complain about. Overall a good experience.

Staying at a star 3 rated hotel in a rural area was a pleasant experience. The cleaning of the room on a daily basis and providing more cleaner linens will improve the quality to excellent. Food provided quantity and quality wise is excellent.

Had to wait for over 20 minutes to check in - after having a confirmed reservation. Delay was not managed well. Poor maintenance- see pic from bathroom. Room had an old look and feel. Water dripping in toilet.
