Monday Hotels Amalapuram Heights

Well maintained clean hotel, with tea kettle and in house resturant. Spacious rooms and clean washroom. Dental kit is available and on demand iron box too available. I have booked room with complimentary breakfast , but , as shef was not available due to health issue ,they offered me omlate and fruits. Asked for bread , that was also not available. Bread not available thats not acceptable at all, I understand people can get unwell , thats ok. Spacious clean rooms with clean washroom

i had a horrible experience when it comes to food service at monday hotels amalapuram . i booked a room for 2 days which included breakfast buffet . the breakfast buffet was not arranged at all tiffin was brought to our tables and it was not at all good they gave us before days food just kept the bonda’s and gari in the micro oven for 5 mins and served us even after asking for few dishes they’ve ignored us the coffee was horrible so was the tea .

i have booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and when i reached there they told me you have booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and even i showed them goibibo confirmation as 4 adults also mentioned there still they refused to let us stay with 4 adults and hotels washroom was also not well toilet flush was not working i dont have any pics of that

I had a small issue regarding parking where i had to park somewhere else and had to carry my bags and children to the room...except the parking issue everything else was fine...and they were considerate enough to upgrade my room too...had a wonderful experience and the maintenance was also good with apt service...thank you
