I am a retired Army Officer with interests in reading, writing, golf, trekking, wildlife, angling, and dog training. Moonwind is located on Vincent Hill, 1 km uphill from the Mussoorie Library. It has an alternative motor route via Hathi Paon, which avoids occasional congestion near the Library. The accommodation is on the first floor of one of the oldest houses in Mussoorie. It features a large drawing-cum-dining room with kitchenette, two bedrooms with attached toilets, and a verandah. The area offers beautiful walking trails among pine and chestnut trees and is near several leading public schools, including Convent of Jesus & Mary (Waverley Convent), Guru Nanak Boys, Guru Nanak Girls, and Manav Bharti International School. It is also enroute to tourist attractions like Company Garden, Everest Bungalow, and Clouds End. This is an ideal place for a quiet, undisturbed stay in Mussoorie.
