This is the third class hotel to book online, I reach there at the hotel and the reception Mr. varun told they have no room booking for us, the same issue already going before our arrival, when we complaint to local police and the goibibo then only I get the refund from goibibo and the another couple who was there at hotel before get the room. you tour is at risk if you book this hotel, cause when we visited most of the hotels are full, we have wasted around 2 Hours to get the cancellation cause they have no rooms and when we checked their mobile they have the confirmation message of our bookings, and the hotel staff is shameless they have no courtesy for us, they are enjoying there hard drinks, in the family restaurant In actually when we discusse the problem with nearby shopkeeper, they say this is there routine with tourists.. I suggest to remove this hotel from the booking..

This is one of the worst hotel....When we reached there was no person to attend us at the reception and there was no facility for sitting.We waited for more than 30 minutes then only a person came to attend us. The Staff was very unprofessional and rude towards the visitors. when we arrived at hotel the scene was totally different.A Person named Mr.Varun at reception told us that there is no room available. ,hotel Staff showed us a below average room in basement, which was very stinking and inhabitable. Meanwhile they offered us to provide a room in better condition in the same hotel but with 2-3 times more charge.......

my first experience was very bad with this hotel. I book this hotel & I got confirmation msg .... after reaching hotel staff told ur that we have not received any booking confirmation msg .... hotel staff not at all supportive, we received room after 2 hr by 11.30 night .. room was not at all clean .

Very worst hotel no confimation of room till end of check in date we booked 2 rooms and with bad conversation and when we reply manager we are complianing to police they give us only 1 room very bad condition please dont book this hotel

this is the worst hotel I ever stayed. worst service by hotel staff. for then maybe customer has no importance. they are careless about customer need. very dirty room. so much mosquito in room. bad smell in room.....

Room No 711. Furniture was made of iron and bed was making so much noise. Room was very small. Also conflict of extra bedding even after mentioned in booking. Zero comfort.
