I had booked hotel for 3 adults. After 6 hours and 2 reminders I was provided this as extra mattress. Reception landline is out of service. Mineral water was an inclusion but we were provided just1 bottle, on request they gave 1 extra . Too much noise in the surroundings. Everytime someone closes any other door my door bangs. Rooms are too small , they shouldn't take bookings for 3 in a room.Money is unjustified here.

My entire trip has been best infact worth only because of the services Murliwala has offered. The staff is really polite, helpful and caring as I was a solo traveller. They made sure all the visitors were comfortable and felt safe at their place. Even the restaurant services are amazing as the food is delicious and very affordable. When visiting Vrindavan, your only priority should be Murliwala. Hari Bol!!
