very dissappointing.nothing was good there.ac tv wifi were not working.tv showing 10min preview of the channels after that channel goes off.and we didnt get the room we opted,instead we have to pay extra money for the other roo.i was very disappointed with the stay.i would never recommend any body to stay there..😡😡sorry i will give rating..nothing was gud.no wifi no tv nothing.food was also not in the premises.we had to go to a restaurant far from there..

good hospitality so far.. it's been 1 hrs till chkin... I am liking it..I am not a fan of home stay but this is different.. I am loving it... not too great.. not too bad... not average... but it's good..

Staff behavior was good. Amenities and services were not good. TV was there but it was and WIFi was not there. There was dining facility. No complimentary services were provided. Location was good, but road was narrow.

The staff here were lovely. They really made us feel at home. The room was enormous with a beautiful herring-bone wooden floor and bay windows. The location is great, close to Sim's Park. It's more picturesque and quieter in upper Coonoor than in the lower part of town. The breakfast was really filling and tasty, and served in a room with great views over Coonoor. The room could have done with a lick of paint but I would still definitely recommend this place for its comfort and hospitality.

Nice hotel with only 4 rooms. Awesome location, just a 5 minute walk to Sims park. Rooms are clean and the amenities are good. The food is also excellent and very reasonably priced.
