Poor Service, Room hygiene and hotel Management. Charges (Room, Resturant, Even Room heater) are exorbitantly higher and due to that didn't availed any services offered. 1. Unclean, Unsafe, under-construction terrace was given as Balcony 2. No refrigerator in Room (it was in room description) 3. Bedsheet was not clean & had different coloured spots. 4. Only 1 attendant to cater for 3 storey hotel? 5. There is no dedicated parking, part at your risk in compound of under-construction building. It was pathetic experience I would not recommend it to anyone plz dont waste your money on this. we were three friends had checked in on 14th may 2022 we had booked studio room after looking the images they had shared but it was totally different. 1. none of the sockets were working for charging2. food was unhygenic and tasteless we had returned the complete order that we did as breakfast3. they called a construction site (lanter roof) as a terrace outside the room 4. And balcony it was nto even had space for a single person5. beds were really bad 6. staff was very rude and do not respond even you called them multiple timesA lot of things were there to count as bad experience, would not recommend it plaz dont book this We did not like a single thing about this hotel

the rooms were like a dorm, you are taking 6k for a dorm room where you just placed extra single beds to make money, the balconies were open to a construction area without any safety. The room had mosquitoes and staff didn't do anything for that claiming they are not harmful, you can stay with those big size mosquitoes flying in your room. In the name of room service, they will not have anything you ask for, their answer for everything is, that thing is finished. Even for water, they asked people from other room to fill their bottles from the tap in our room, instead of providing the service.

very bad service provided by hotel washroom not clean lights no working properly & tv not working very disappointed behaviour by staff i suggested goibibo we are trust your app but these kind of the hotel provides by you it's not good for your reputation
