We stayed in non ac room as it was winter. Experience was good. It's well near to Abu Road Railway Station & taxi stand is just nearby. Hot water is also there. Room & bathroom was well clean. Staff was well cooperative & listening. We travelled through our car with family. They have good parking space in basement with lift is also available from basement to hotel. The best part is Hotel manager Devendrabhai is very good in nature and also helped us to get car for our mount abu visit. There is Arnav restaurant too backside so on our intercom we can order food and it will be served to room too so we liked that too. I visited with my family and we enjoyed our stay there...Kunal restaurant is also at walking distance which is famous for it's food quality and service. So we once visited there for breakfast and dinner too and it's really good food there. So overall good experience & I must appreciate efforts of Devendrabhai Joshi who is really ready to listen to you and act on it to satisfy customers. Thanks & keep it up...

We stayed at Namaste Hotel, Abu road for two days in the second week of August, 2023. Our stay was very pleasant. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was hygienic. AC of the room worked well. Hotel Manager and staff very very cordial and cooperative. Location of the hotel is it's biggest plus point as it is situated just on the gate of Abu Road railway station and just 200 meters away from Abu road Bus stand. Overall our stay was very good and memorable.

Pros- Very close to station, staff is very generous and helpful ( they came to pick us at 2:30 in night from railway station and provided hot water at 3am for kid), Rooms are cozy and ok, Hot water is available for bath. Taxi stand and market is just in front of the hotel. Cons- not really any for a budget hotel. I felt they may offer better deal on directly dealing with hotel. Overall budget hotel with basic amenities for overnight stay with very helpful staff.

Hotel Arnav, is good, clean and is located right next to Abu Road station. Room are good and clean. Hotel staff is helpful and supportive. They also help in arranging taxi for Mount or Ambaji visit. We stayed for one night at hotel which was peaceful and good. Money valued hotel. As family travel it's safe and staff was supportive. Also it's located near market area and at station compund which is plus point....l

i had a wonderful stay at hotel namaste, the location is just outside the station abu road. the room was clean and spacious. bedsheet and towels were clean. AC was working good . every one was humble location was good everything is nearby
