worst experience ever hadi booked narayan guest house as my stay for 1 night i.e. 29/12/2024 to 30/12/2024 , but when i reached to the property for check in the owner rudely misbehaved and asked that it is only applicable till 12:00 p.m. midnight , on sharing booking details he said it will not be available for the whole night at the time of check in , as i was new to that place at that time so was not in a stage of argument with him which forced me to check ot the room at 07:00 p.m. itself on the date of booking , property is situated at very dark place so at the time of leaving the property no street lights were there , if in any case any misshaping happened who was to be responsible for same? not the basic aminities were there , they charged even for drinking water.take this seriously and raise this matter

Behaviour of the hotel owner is very bad/poor. Very poor welcome system. Room finish was very bad. Toilet was very dirty as well as finish was very poor. Location is about 1.5 km kachha road from the main road. Not safe for family coming from temple in the night @7pm onwards.

Rooms are big and AC but care taker is very rude person, not maintained property and not provided amenities as mentioned and after complaint to owner he provide something, owner is very nice person. Bed-sheet was used .Owner to inspect on random basis.
