They provided used quilts and we reached at around 10 30 pm and when we pointed out to the boy it's dirty bedsheets and quilt which hasn't been washed , he said everything has gone to laundry and he doesn't have replacement later I spoke to the manager who got it changed. Then my wife complained about the cockroaches roaming around and the hotel doesn't have a lift and we had to go 3 floors up with the heavy luggage. No proper hygiene maintained even after charging 5-6k. They should improve cleanliness or charge less. Done

Very dirty room, used bedsheets and pillow cover rude staff, never ever stat here not even in the case of emergency.

multiple issues, room and bathroom was not clean, TV remote was broken, TAP was not working properly in bathroom..
