The stay was not good, and wasn't value for money, the room was average, side table to the bed was repaired improperly, unbalanced so shaking and with the protruding nails which was unsafe, intercom phone was not at all cleaned and found with lots of dust on phone unit, key pad and receiver, in room tea bar was not provided with complimentary tea/coffee bags, sugar and milk powder sachets, bathroom was averagely cleaned and provided with soap bars only no other toiletries ,hot water kettle wasn't clean from inside, bathroom accessories were damaged, overhead shower pressure too low and only warm water was there, not really hot water, hand shower pressure was too less. Found a small piece of bird feather with cheese in ordered food. Very slow wifi with TV, used our own data. The standard quantity of one cup of tea changed everytime we ordered. Room service for food only once, i.e: you can order food only once during breakfast, lunch and dinner so if you want more food and you are hungry either you will have to leave your room and go to the restaurant or stay hungry, even if you are ready to pay for the food and services food will be delivered once each time during breakfast, lunch and dinner, swimming pool water was not clear, reception failed to arrange conveyance for visiting places around. The hotel management is very stubborn and professional for their policies but not professional for their services. Bottom line, if you want to have two star or one star hotel experience by paying three star four star tariff this is the best place for you.

its a very good place to stay for 3 days trip if you need a peaceful vacation. food quality is good. room clealiness is also good. service is also nice. and the property location is a plus. enjoyed iur 1 day trip.

Good hospitality and ambitious. Just need to improve towel was not okay and need white cover up of kumbel, as kumble can wash and change every day.
