Hotel Natraj Yes Please near New Delhi Railway Station

Felt good while entering the hotel. But quite disappointed. We booked two rooms almost one month earlier, but got rooms in different floors. That was also acceptable. But the bathroom commodes are dirty. Flash was not properly working. The restaurant is not furnished. They asked us to order room service. But the telephones were not working in both the rooms. The reception provided us a mobile no. It was not picked up three times. Almost after 15-20 minutes order was placed. They told us to give 40 minutes to serve. But after more than one hour we got our food. It was almost 11 pm then.

Hotel is just ok. We booked two rooms. The room is small, however neat and clean. Bathroom was also clean and tidy. But the curtain was not there for bath room door since door is glass made, curtain is must. Further, Toileteries are just ok. but for the price they charges, the services could have been better.

Stay was ok and rooms small. There was smell from the bathroom and room. Cleanliness was ok but bedsheets were very dirty. Overall an ok experience for the high price paid for hotel booking
